Romantic room with climate control, a personal safe, and a sitting area for an exceptional stay. Reasonably spacious bathroom, varied and delicious breakfast. Best possible location - very close to the old medina, the Maison Tiskiwin and from high scale to local alternatives. Very good service, local food, overall a warm atmosphere...

Great location in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view and was a great place to relax.
The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting us. Our room was not clean when we arrived, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay at this beautifully decorated and peaceful hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was a real highlight - especially the delicious homemade yoghurt and the fresh orange juice. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with key sights in walking distance and plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby.
I found the room a bit cramped and the bed wasn't very comfortable. the hot water in the shower didn't always work reliably, which was a bit frustrating.
